Brooke B. Tiutan

Brooke is a licensed California attorney who began practicing law in 2017. Since 2020, Brooke has been specializing in labor and employment matters, including assisting with workplace investigations for public agency clients that involve claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, hostile work environment, unprofessional conduct, and other workplace issues. Brooke also has experience with student issues and investigating student complaints for K-12 school districts. 

Prior to joining LWI, Brooke practiced law at a large California law firm that specialized in education law. There, in addition to labor and employment matters and investigations, Brooke also specialized in facilities and business issues, with extensive experience in drafting and reviewing contracts for public agencies, resolving construction disputes, and providing advice to public agencies relating to bidding, procurement, and construction contracts. Brooke’s experience makes her uniquely qualified to work with clients with a variety of needs in both workplace and school settings.

Education and Certifications 

Brooke received her Juris Doctor, graduating with honors, from Golden Gate University School of Law (2017) and earned her Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Fresno (2010).
